4. Commercial Transactions & Disputes
Any financial transactions, work agreements, or disputes arising between the Customer and the Vendor/Artisan are strictly personal to them. The Company holds no legal liability, responsibility, or role as an arbitrator in such matters. Both parties must decide the quality of work and payment terms by mutual consent.

All content, logos, trademarks, designs, graphics, and software on this website are the exclusive property of the Company. Any unauthorized or commercial use of this material is strictly prohibited and legally punishable.

1. Subscription / Plan Cancellation
All premium subscription plans, vendor registration packages, or lead packages purchased by vendors, artisans, or E-Mitra partners are activated instantly upon successful payment.
Once a plan or service package is activated, it cannot be canceled mid-term.
2. Refund Policy
Non-Refundable: Payments made on 'Karighar Dekho' for any digital services, lead packages, or registration fees are strictly non-refundable under normal circumstances.
Exceptions: If money is debited from your account due to a technical glitch but the service/plan fails to activate, the amount will be processed for a refund. After internal verification, the refund will be credited back to the original payment source within 7 to 10 working days.
3. Duplicate/Failed Payments
In the event of accidental duplicate payments for the same service, users can reach out to our customer support with payment proofs (transaction IDs and screenshots). The additional amount will be refunded after due verification.
