* *"Customer"* refers to users looking to hire professionals or artisans.
* *"Karigar" / "Service Provider"* refers to independent artisans, contractors, architects, or professionals offering their services through the platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION
* You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use this Platform.
* You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile updated.
* You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICES
* Karigar Dekho is an online marketplace that connects Customers with independent Karigars (Artisans/Service Providers).
* *Karigar Dekho does not employ the Service Providers.* We act solely as a venue/intermediary to facilitate connections and design solutions.
4. USER CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITIES
* *For Customers:* You agree to provide accurate job details and a safe working environment for the Karigars.
* *For Karigars:* You agree to provide high-quality services, respect timelines, and maintain professional behavior.
* Users shall not use the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
5. FEES AND PAYMENTS
* Karigar Dekho reserves the right to charge subscription fees, listing fees, or commission for the services provided on the platform.
* Any payment terms negotiated directly between the Customer and the Karigar are their sole responsibility. The Platform is not responsible for any payment disputes between parties.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
* *No Warranty:* The services on this platform are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or standard of work delivered by any Service Provider.
* *Property & Construction Risks:* Karigar Dekho shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or property damages resulting from the execution of construction, architectural, or artisan work.
* Users are advised to verify credentials, identity, and background before hiring or starting work.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
* All content, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software on Karigar Dekho are the intellectual property of the Platform.
* Users retain ownership of the content they upload (like project photos), but grant Karigar Dekho a worldwide license to display it for marketing and promotional purposes.
8. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
* We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms or engaging in behavior harmful to the platform or other users.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
* These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the *Laws of India*.
* Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in *Bhilwara, Rajasthan*.
